On 24th February 24th the Vismaya college of arts and media faculty Shri.K.Faris spoke to the students of 8th standards on the subject “Effective communication”.Karapparaba higher secondary school teacher Smt.T.R.Prasanna invited the gathering.Streechetana president Smt A.R.Supriya presided over the meeting and Reshma Raghuveer,the treasurer extent vote of thanks.
After completing the assessment work of 8th STD students, 56 students were grouped into four heads as per their learning ability and skills. On November 2nd onwards we have been giving special tuition on all working days. Five members of Streechetana and our 12 gender club volunteers are associated with our programme.
On November 1st ,as a starting session for 8th std students special training class, we have given them a motivation class on social skills. Calicut girls school teacher Smt.Hassena Spoke on the subject. Special educator Smt. A.R.Supriya, at Streechetana Centre gives training every Wednesdays and Saturdays to academically diffident children. The main intention behind this programme is to bring those children frontward using techniques to improve their memory and concentration. These children usually shows the symptoms as in laziness, lack of concentration, memory etc.
