As part of Niravu,Streechetana conducted an awareness programme on mental health for the 9th standard students of Karaparamba Higher Secondary School on 22nd February 2017.Inordertoaccomplishgoalsinlife,goodmentalhealth is a necessity. The session was handled by Dr.P.KBalakrishnan, Counselling Psycologist and trainer.He spoke of regular exercise as one of the most effective ways to improve concentration,memory and mood.It can have a positive impact on mental health.
