Streechetana Kozhikode in association with the Employment Office, Kozhikode had conducted a Skill Up gradation Training Programme for the beneficiaries of ‘Saranya’ Scheme. The seven day Tailoring training started on 15^th March and ended on 22^nd March 2018. Twenty six widows/single parent got trained in the programme.Smt. A.R Supriya, President, Streechetana presided over the function. District Employment Officer C.G.Babu, Self-Employment Officer K. Venugopalan, Saranya Convenor Jessy Subab and Streechetana Treasurer Smt. Reshma Raghuveer talked on the function. Smt. K.C Rehna,Reporter, Mathrubhumi Daily, inaugurated the training. Trainer MuneeraAzees led the training programme.On 22^nd March, in the valedictory function, Smt. K.M Lekha, President, OISCA Women Chapter, had distributed the certificates.
