On January 31st 2015, Dr Suma Narayanan spoke on ‘Women’s Role in Freedom Movement’ in a session presided by Smt.A.R. Supriya.She opined that women had a significant role in freedom struggle and this participation played a major role in development of our country. Smt. Sindhukavinnamannil,Dr.K.S.Jayasree and Dr. Supriya P participated in the discussion .The session was welcomed by Reshma Raghuveer in which C.T.Lathika proposed vote of thanks.
